Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Certain items, such as perishable products (e.g., seeds, live plants), cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.
Tip: Refund timelines can vary by bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.
Non-Returnable Items
- Seeds, live plants, soil, and fertilizers once opened.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at Niagroindia@gmail.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- We’ll share return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the item securely in original packaging and dispatch.
- After inspection, we’ll confirm approval and process your refund/exchange.
Please do not send items back without contacting support first—this may delay your refund.
